Select Hi Louise I have removed the Exchange date dependency, I was using this date a Diary Date on teh PRO Exchange Contracts Step. So the Diary date on this step is now removed. The building of a checklist, items that need doing not relating to Awaiting Items I think can be developed in Phase 2 perhaps, with your design input. Lean Software 8/21/2018 3:58:29 PM
Select I have run this task - and updated the planned completion date the system is asking me to update the exchange date we will only have an exchange date - once contracts are actually exchanged this task is a pre cursor to the actual exchange so the exchange date will not be known i think at this stage we should see the firms pre exchange check list - the points being updated as part of the awaiting steps being completed - but it could be part of their awaiting exchange state and perhaps could include a sign off process that shows that all awaiting steps/compliance requirements have been completed and if something is not completed it could raise a flag so that the case does not proceed to the exchange steps until all flags are completed and the sign off processed - we could perhaps (subject to limitations of the system) limit people that can sign off for exchange - so perhaps new staff would require their supervisor to sign off the file for exchange Louise Daniels, EHL Group 7/25/2018 11:44:17 AM
