Select Hi Sairam in actual fact if you are uploading to a subset of columns in a wide table our advice to to create a stored procedure and send the data to the stored procedure using EDT. Would you like some help with this? Lean Software 5/15/2015 9:36:07 AM
Select Hi Sairam appreciating your feedback on this topic. We think the columns F1, F2 may not have column headings in the spreadsheet file? In which case the Excel driver substitutes F1, F2 etc - if you could confirm. As regards ordering the data destination columns .. perhaps we could improve the design of the mapping form (you can also of course re-order destination columns using drag and drop on the destination tab). Another way to handle so many columns might be to edit the Task file itself in notepad. Let us think how we can improve the ordering of columns when there are so many and we will contact you with our ideas - or you may have ideas on how you would this to work? Select Hi Team, PFA screenshot , The column names in the spreadsheet are automatically sorted but DB column names are not sorted . So this makes column mapping much difficult if more no. of columns (200) are present ( OK for 10 -15 columns). Also some of the spreadsheet fields are coming as F1,F2,F3 etc. Can we do something to get rid of these ?? so that our work will be easier. Thanks and Regards, Sairam sairam male 5/13/2015 5:03:40 AM
