A new feature has been added (by request) to indicate primary key violations within the same batch of data using the Validation button.

The new feature "Batch validation" will run validation on selected rows as a single batch or 'transaction'.

Lets say we have key field 'CustomerId', and we enter several rows with same id.

When we use Batch validation this mistake is highlighted and validation stops.

To use Batch validation, obtain version 1.1.21 or later, and select the batch validation option from the Advanced tab of the task setup dialogue.



Row validation
Submits rows for Validation or Send in separate transactions, one per row.

Batch validation
Submits rows for Validation or Send in one transactions, one per batch of selected rows.
